Climate Control Air Conditioning & Heating

Went well. He came out--same day! The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything handled in about an hour. Very courteous, professional, and super responsive. They topped off the refrigerant and took steps to repair the small leak. I should mention this was on a Saturday, late afternoon, in the middle of a heat wave. They do charge a small fee for after hours response, but it was perfectly reasonable. Technician was at my house within an hour. I highly recommend these guys.

Excellent. Al came recommended from a neighbor who had used his father's services for 20 years and were now working with Al for 5 years. Al and his team are very professional and prompt. Al answers questions well and explains your options. (He had already recharged our A/C during the summer for $200). Both old units were removed from our attic/roof. It was very cold (and 3 days before Christmas) and the heater worked at the end of the first day. The A/C was up and running by the end of the second day. Also, plastic was secured to our wood floors with painters tape at the beginning of each work day at 7 am sharp and picked up at the end of each work day at 5 pm and the entire area from our entrance to our attic entry was vacuumed at the end of each day. The team took short, 30 minute lunches, were very polite and unintrusive. It was a pleasure hiring Al and his team.
