Rick showed up on time for the estimate. Later in the day he faxed me his estimate and I accepted his proposal by fax that day. His men showed up at the appointed time and quietly did the repairs and left. The gate works well. We still need to have the electronic opener fixed but Rick's company doesn't do that work.

THE CONTRACTORS DID NOT MAKE THE FENCES HOW WE WANTED THEM AT FIRST. THEY WERE VERY POLITE IN COMING BACK AND FIXING THE FENCES TO THE WAY WE WANTED.

THEY COMPLETED THE TASK ON TIME BUT THEY HAD TO RE-DO SOME PARTS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. THEY DID NOT CALL BEFORE COMING AND DID NOT APOLOGIZE.
