My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Luis and his crew at Best Pressure Cleaning. They did a fabulous job pressure cleaning our home, which included cement and brick walkways, asphalt driveway, stucco walls, windows, screens, and lawn furniture. Our brick was badly stained from black walnut tree residue and they cleaned it perfectly. The crew was very careful with the lawn furniture, taking care not to damage it by using too much pressure. They were friendly and professional, and they worked for many hours non-stop for a very fair price. 5 STARS! - B.H., Encino

I ired Luiz to clean a mural which had a coat of ant graffiti over it-- the coating would take time to remove. We decided to focus on the fifgures in the mural to try and remove the anti graffiti and just try and break it up a bit in the background. When I came to see mural after he finished-all the figures were cloudy and I am in process of repainting all which is costly and time consuming--considered calling him back to redo but thought it would be pointless.

Luis and his crew was awesome. He took care of my driveway within 2 hours with no mess at all. He didnt even damage my garage, house paint, lawn or plants. I am more than impressed with his service that he offered. He scheduled me withon one day of his walk through. He came out on a Sunday to look at what needs to be done, gave me a fair estimate and then on Monday he came out to do the work. I will always use his service when I need it again mainly to maintain the clean look. Thanks a million Luis.

The company did a good job overall. Estimate for job was high. Rental equipment was left on our property for 2 whole days after job was completed. We were satisfied with end result.

I am a Realtor and I needed a 500 sq. ft. slate deck powerwashed for a client in Nichols Cyn; and to be completed before 10:00AM the next morning. They were the first to respond came out quickly and got the work done and everything is good!

I haven't made a final selection yet. I believe one of the three will be selected, but I an still getting feedback from the full homeowner's association. I am very happy with the responsiveness of all three contractors in providing quotes and answering questions. I will be happy to rate the contractor that is selected when the work is done.
