Door Service
Their excuses were many. The manager, David Satffers, is a complete weasel. In order to install the door (because they don't) I had to hire a team of professionals. Each time they brought the door to my house and it either, didn't fit, was the wrong dimensions (even backward one time!) he assured me that this would be the one! When my team discovered that once again they had not bothered to use the template we gave them, David agreed to reimburse me for the time my crew cost be to be on standby all those occasions. When it came time to discuss that agreement, however, he was suddenly not available.
