I recently had the pleasure of hiring Mr. Rodas to handle a few installations in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service provided. From start to finish, this contractor exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Their expertise, efficiency, honesty, and dedication to the job were truly commendable. First and foremost, their speed and efficiency were remarkable. The contractor wasted no time in getting to work and completed the installation of two ceiling fans, a toilet, and a jacuzzi tub in an impressively short span of time. Their ability to work diligently while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship was truly remarkable. One of the standout qualities of this contractor was their unwavering honesty. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, they provided accurate and transparent information regarding costs, materials, and timeframes. This level of transparency allowed me to plan and budget effectively, without any surprises along the way. It was refreshing to work with someone who valued open and honest communication. Aris and his 2 men did a great job remodeling my bathroom. From the demo and removal of the old pieces to the installation of the new ones, Aris had great expertise when challenges arose to make things run smoothly. Above all, he wants the client to be happy and goes to great lengths to make that happen. He is affordable and honest and willing to do small condo projects as well as giant homes. He is knowledgeable about what items may need to be purchased to save both him and the client from potential headaches, so save yourself extra challenges and trust him to do this. Or, have a consult with him before where you discuss what you think your vision is before purchasing the items to see if they are the best fit for what needs to be done. Then he can advise what the best choices are for a great look and an easy installation. They painted and installed new outlets as well. He is licensed and insured and capable of many different remodel needs and is familiar with bringing things up to code that are necessary by law. I will be hiring him again for my next project.

We are so thankful we found Aris to do the electrical projects in our house. We were replacing two outdoor lights and adding seven, 5 of which were motion sensors. Aris explained the whole process and even showed us where a light previously installed was done incorrectly, and he fixed it. He also fixed all exposed wiring in our attic, hardwired our security camera, and several additional things he did just to help us out. He and his team are extremely professional and hardworking; showed up on time and answered our every question. Everything was done beautifully and to code. We will definitely be calling Aris again for other projects. We feel a sense of relief knowing there is someone we trust that we can call with household projects. Even if the cost is a little higher, we know it will be done correctly and the work is guaranteed, which is so important to protect our investment! We wholeheartedly recommend Aris Rodas!!

Aris has done multiple projects at our Manhattan Beach home from replacing all gutters to carpentry to electrical. Prices always reasonable, very reliable and a super nice guy.

Aris fee was not only cheaper than any other handyman I contacted, he was efficient and fast. I was surprised at how fast he assembled the various pieces of furniture--tables, end tables, desks to name a few. I highly recommend Aris and will work with him again. My Father was so impressed he has asked Aris to come to his house and do some work he has been needing for some time. Aris is a skilled professional. He arrived on time and continued to work until the job was completed.

Aris is the best. He came into a less then ideal situation after a previous contractor quit and took over the plans and passed all inspections without a hitch. I feel very lucky to have met someone who has been willing to work with me despite budgetary delays and has always had a great attitude. I can't think of a bad thing to say. I only wish I had more money to pay him to finish all the other projects I have.

Aris made this job easy! My other "contractor" caused so many issues that the job had been lingering for 11 months. Aris started demo and finished in roughly 4 weeks. He showed up every day, on time and worked with his guys in a friendly professional manner. My property was left clean which was an issue with the preceding contractors crew always leaving food debris and mess everywhere. At my request, Aris even made sure my 2 little dogs had a makeshift enclosed area for emergencies during the night. They removed and replaced it each day prior to and after working which was above and beyond cool of them! :)
Really, I have only great things to say about my experience with Aris during this job!

Working with our interior designer and Aris, we came up with a great design for our new bathroom.  Aris and his crew did an exceptional job --- from demo, plumbing, tiling, installing new skylights, new fans,  Our bathroom turned out beautiful.  Throughout the process, Aris was very considerate of our home, schedule and budget. 

Everything went well.  He told me 2 weeks and it took to weeks.  He was very professional. I would use him again.

He was fine.  He was very polite and clean.  He did the work that was requested of him.  I have no complains.  I will use them again for this type of work.  He did a job on what I needed him to do although it was not what he advertised and is beyond the scope of his abilities.

He has done a $20,000 remodel my work, a $5000 electrical job at my home as well as finishing up abandoned work from another contractor at my home. 

Aris has now done many other jobs at my office and home.

Renovated master bedroom area, removed beams, added closet, painted, installed flooring, and antique closet doors. Aris and his team did an amazing job. Would definitely use him again!

I've used him for 3 different jobs on 3 different occasions.  Everything went very well - he was professional, easy to get ahold of and the work looks great.  Would highly recommend.

Aris and his co worker arrived on time at each appointment, prepared to start the jobs. Their workmanship is excellent, price is right and a pleasure to do business with. We will be using his services in the near future.

It went great.  Very few contractors that I called had experience with this type of project, but Aris clearly had done it before.  He gave me different options about how the project could be done.  He explained everything clearly, and stuck the estimate that he gave me over the phone.  I will be having him back at my house to do some more work in the near future.

Everything was great.  Mr. Rodas did everything he promised.  Minor changes were required. He was responsive and followed the timelines.  His employees generally respected the property.  I was pleased with his work.

Overall, Aris is an excellent contractor/handyman.  I will continue to use him and to recommend him to family and friends.

I hired Aris to perform several repairs around my house. He fixed some
crumbling stucco, painted some repaired outside rafters and patio roof
boards and re-grouted and sealed a shower. His work was excellent,
prompt and priced lower than non-licensed handymen I had estimate the
work. He even left me with a half full bottle of very expensive tile
sealer to use in a couple of years. His grouting job was very
professional, the shower looks like new. I would highly recommend him.

Aris was very professional from start to finish.  He was very easy to talk with and discuss plans, changes, goals.   In fact, he spent much time up front going through the work order with me and making adjustments until we both agreed on the work to be done, materials, and the cost.   Once the work began, he and his crew worked quickly, carefully and smart.    He was very easy to reach throughout the process - by phone, email and text inviting me to come and see the progress.  In all, I was delighted with the process and even more so the results.   I am looking forward to "phase II" of my renovations and when I'm ready I will definitely be reaching out to Aris.  In fact, we have already connected regarding some fence work, foundation reinforcement, and the possible addition of a screened in porch.   I have posted photos below of the work completed because I think a photo speaks louder than words.  Thank you, Aris.  And to everyone else out there on Angie's List - good luck with your renovations!

This is the second time Aris has done work for us.  I just called him because I was confident in the excellent quality work that he performs and has done for us in the past.  He and his crew are very professional, polite and hardworking.  They are helpful in problem solving and finding solutions.  They do very thorough, high quality work.  The house looks beautiful!   We thank you very much!

Aris does quality work and prides himself in doing a job the right way. Aris has done several little projects for us around the house- installing heater/fans in the bathrooms, ceiling fans, fixing a stuck pocket door, fixing broken furniture Aris and his crew also did most of the interior painting of the house. Aris and his crew are awesome! Professional in every way. He is very knowledegable in all construction aspects. He also helped with some problem solving issues and came up with some GREAT ideas that saved us money and the results were more than we expected.
The walls were very damaged and Aris and his crew made them look brand new and beautiful as well as doing an expert job in painting them.  They were very detailed in their work.I am sure he stays very busy. I inherited this house in February and was anxious to complete the necessary upgrades by the end of April so that it would be ready for viewing by potential tenants in May.   Although, I would normally have interviewed at least five contractors for a project of this size, time was of the essence and, based on the reviews in Angie's List, asked Aris Rodas to submit an estimate.  In addition to the work outlined in my checklist, Aris pointed out a number of problems and repairs that would be needed to bring the house up to building code standards (e.g., an improperly installed water heater).  Given the work that was required, his estimate seemed more than reasonable and he was ready to start the work on March 15th.  His crew showed up promptly on the 15th and, by the end of that day, I was amazed at how much they had already accomplished.  His team were always polite, professional, and neat and ever at the ready to help me move heavy items as I cleaned out the garage of 40 years of trash and treasure.  Although he originally estimated the work would take four weeks, we discovered issues and needed repairs that were not apparent when it was begun, which required an additional two weeks of work.  Aris' suggestions, particularly relative to color and material choices were always right on.  When my property manager came to look at the house near the end of April, he could not believe it was the same house and was ecstatic about the quality of the work.  To underscore that, he found an excellent tenant who moved in on May 1st.  Aris was never more than a phone call away when I needed him and was an absolute delight to work with.

Aris was able to give us a reasonable quote on an excellent quality 96% furnace and a MERV16 air filter and was able to arrange the job on short-notice for us. 
His crew installed the new furnace and air-filter, as well as replacing a large portion of the under-house ductwork and replacing the exterior soft-duct with a new rigid duct strapped to the exterior wall.  THe crew was curteous and professional, they were clean and protected the house as they were working with all of the equipment and ductwork.  They were very thorough, took the time to explain the system to me and were also able to install our new 'Nest' thermostat.  
The crew showed up on time and completed the job within the expected time-frame and budget.  All of the work looks very professional, no loose ends anywhere, all of the ductwork looks well sealed and strapped.  There was an issue with a tree preventing easy access to attach the exterior ductwork, and while all other contractors were going to re-route the duct to the back of the house,  Aris's crew was able to keep the duct on the side of the house and hidden from view - which took them a lot of extra time and effort.  Aris was there at the beginning of the job and again at the end of the job to make sure everything was good.  He seemed to have an excellent rapport with his crew, and they seemed happy to be working for him and didn't require a lot of oversight or supervision to ensure high-quality work.
Overall, the experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Aris for other work.
