Terrible. The guy who came in for the inspection couldn't replicate the same fireball. All he did was heat a small bowl of water for 1 minute. It got hot so he said there was no problem and no safety concern... essentially called me a liar. He used no equipment to test anything, even after I expressed concerns about radiation leakage. He said the microwave was mounted the wrong way, and therefore anything beyond a visual inspection was beyond the scope of what he could do, and would have to charge me. I'm not sure what company enters a client's home with this garbage attitude, implies the client isn't being truthful, and then tries to up-sell the client to pay more for the job they came to do in the first place. My sense is they got a flat fee just to show up, and didn't want to do anything beyond the bare minimum. Whirlpool should find someone else, and so should you.

Yes, I recommend this pro
They found what the issue was, ordered the part, and fixed it. They also offered advice for our washing machine. The owner, Michael was great to work with and I will use them again.

Had to call twice to set an appointment. First time, they forgot to call back. Quoted $59 minimum/diagnostic charge, up to 30 minutes, plus parts and labor. Tech, Jorge came on agreed day, spent less than 30 minutes on site. Replaced motor coupling. Parts were $49.95 + tax. Labor was $139.00. We paid technician. When I called the owner Michael, inquiring why the large labor charge, he said that is a "standard rate" for replacing the motor coupling. I asked for an hourly rate and he said there is no such thing. I don't want any compensation from him, but I will look for a new vendor next time.

THE JOB TOOK 10 MINUTES AND THEY CHARGED ME 195 FOR THE LABOR ALONE. I FEEL LIKE I AM TOTALLY RIPPED OFF. THERE WAS A 59 DOLLAR CHARGE FOR THEM TO JUST COME OUT. I WAS STUCK USING THIS COMPANY BECAUSE NO OTHER COMPANIES WOULD COME OUT WITHOUT CHARGING ME A SIMILAR CHARGE FOR AN ESTIMATE.
