I was impressed with Bryan's dedication and promptness with the inspection. He was on time and a great communicator about what the inspection entailed. He was able to provide a realistic and reasonable assessment of the type of repairs I may need to do to the home. He made sure to be available for any questions or concerns that I may have even long after the inspection was completed. I was provided a comprehensive and detailed report the following morning that clearly specified some of the areas that need to be fixed for our new home. Escrow has now been finalized and I'm certainly happy we contacted Alvaron Home Inspections.
