I was reroofing my garage and had removed copper solar panels used to heat my swimming pool. I asked All Valley to install flashing and standouts for the reinstallation of the solar panels. I was quoted a price that seems like was quite high but I wanted the work done so I agreed, thinking it should have included the reinstallation of the panels. It did not. I was later informed by my roofers that the standouts they installed should have been longer. Supposedly my roofing company came to an agreement that what they installed would be adequate. (I did not pay for adequate). After the roofing was completed, All Valley Solar came back to install the solar panels. They did so for another charge that doubled the cost of putting these solar panels back onto my roof. Thinking they were the professionals and did their job correctly, I foolishly paid them the full amount without looking at the workmanship. After they left I looked and realized that they had installed the panels onto the standouts without applying any sealant to prevent rain and moisture seeping into the roof and voiding my roof warranty. I immediately contacted the office and explained the problem to which i was told they would look into the problem. That was the last time I heard from them and they have not returned any of my roofing company's calls or my calls. (Oh, and before they left the installer said he would come back the following week and replace one of the panels that had a hole in it- of course for an added charge). So I go to remove the panels so I can seal the opening properly and reinstall the panels and find that the panels are not even securely fastened because the flash jacks are to short! So now I have to buy the longer standouts and apply sealant to protect my roof and my panels!!!! Do not hire this company is my recommendation,

Ted (owner) is very attentive and can be reached most of the time directly to his cell phone (unlike most services). He is very knowledgeable and was able to figure out & correct a mess I had with my hot water system. My system consists of a tankless water heater, a 70 gallon storage tank, solar panels on the roof and assorted pumps and pipes! You have to be careful about using "Hot water heater" specialists that no nothing about solar panels!!

Had solar water heating completely replaced. The job was estimated quickly with All Valley providing multople options. The company completed the job on time and took extra steps to ensure the installation was secure. They also took a proactive role in handling SoCal Gas rebates They are exceptionally professional and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I needed a simple repair to a leaking copper fitting on top of the solar water collector tank. Most other plumbing companies would try hard core up-selling, but this company went at the problem and asked if I wanted a simple corrective repair on a sensor that was improperly installed by a previous company. The repair cost was much less that expected (based on my experiences with other major plumbing companies). Highly recommend this company for simple repairs too.

My project involved the repair of solar panels on my Thermal heating system for my swimming pool.

I was extremely fortunate to have the same crew that removed the panels (prior to my refoofing job) to come back and reinstall the panels. They were professional, and very courteous.

Friendly, knowledgeable, asked lots of questions regarding my problem to help him diagnose the problem. They arrived on time found the problem and repaired it on the spot. And at a great price.
