They were called and the work order was fulfilled the same day, fast and professional. Josh was able to quickly diagnosed the problem. They also cleared a backup in the second floor restroom in he same visit even though the work was not submitted in the original request. Prior to this visit they have cleared three clogged hand sinks. I own and townhouse and I highly recommend them. Honest and knowledgeable. Pilar Molina

They were able to quickly able to find the leak in the wall, and determine it was coming from a plastic water tube for the refrigerator.  They weren't able to replace the damaged section of the pipe, because the plastic on the old tube was too brittle, so they ended up coming back the next day with flexible copper tubing and replaced the entire line, and also repaired the sections of drywall that had to be replaced.  Very professional, and a job well done!

Their rates were about the most reasonable rates I found.  They had two guys come out and did a very good job.  I’ve checked out other plumbers who quoted me much higher prices than ADD Plumbing.  Their receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable and the plumbers who came out seemed very professional and really knew what they were doing.   I would definitely use them again.
