Robert completed all of the rough plumbing and then after discovering the root in the main sewer line, we had him replace this as well. He did not fully replace all of the main line only sections from the master bathroom to the front of the house. He left gaps and leaks in our main line under the house. Once he reached the front of the house, he told us there was a second line that would require replacement and said that there is no way he could have known about this before he started the job. We told him we would wait to replace the other line because we had already spent $5,000 more than we anticipated. We completed the installation of the floor and wall tiles and called to have him come back and complete the installation of all finished fixtures. He missed several appointments and never called. On the times he did arrive, he quickly made an excuse about missing parts and said he had to leave and would be back. After weeks of calling and trying to get him to come back and finish the job, he became irrate and started swearing at us and said "F" you and he would come back when he had the time. Ultimately, we spent another $5,000 to hire another plumbing company to come in and finish installing all of the finished fixtures. Our toilet is now leaking in the master bedroom, all of the showers back up and there are a number of leaks under our house from the new line he supposedly replaced. We were handling the remodel ourselves after a nightmare with another contractor and had everything permitted. We filed complaints but they were useless because we did not have the money or the energy to try and fight it out with him in court.
