They provide outstanding service. They research issues thoroughly and explain your options. They are wilingl to go "outside the box" to find the most appropriate solution for the individual customer. They are prompt and provide frequent updates on work being done and the progress of diagnostic testing. And they are polite and professional. I will absolutely return to them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I would recommend this company. This is the type of company that I wanted to find on Angie's List. I was very impressed by the owner and the honesty in which he operated. He gave me a lot of information about the condition of the engine. He was very straightforward.

The owner, Tony, was great to work with and very accommodating to fit me into his schedule. He was able to fit me in the same day I had called. He also had the best prices around town. He was very quick to do the job and I would wait there during the service.

They sent the car off to get serviced. It took about 5 days to do the work, they did post pone the work to be done for about a week. They came in the exact quote they had given me. When I talked to them over the phone, they were very nice to me and let me know what was going on with the car so I was in the loop. I gave them a B since I did not interact with them in person, we communicated via phone and email.

Their prices are a little high. Their conveniently located to my work and they are knowledgeable. They are good mechanics if you do not mind paying a little extra service. Scheduling is fine and I do not have to wait long for my car to get serviced, it is done the same day.

We have always had good service here. We have been using them for over 20 years now. Their service is very quick and the staff is always courteous. I have always felt at ease here and that I do not feel that I have been cheated. They have reasonable prices and above average and they sometimes have coupons. They use quality products and they inform us of what they are doing to our car. I have never had any problems with their service.
