VALLEY SOD

I went in to the company asking about compost. I had my yard measurements. The man at the desk wrote down how much I would need. At that time, I didn't purchase any but at the time was planning on coming back. Later that day I called with another question. A different man answered the phone, and it was like pulling teeth trying to get any info from him. Later that day my landscaper said the first man at the company wrote down 1/3 of the amount I'd actually need. Because of his miscalculations and the unprofessional attitude of the second guy, I decided not to purchase anything from this company.

The Price was great but about 350 square feet died and we could not get the company to replace the bad sod. There was a second delivery of 500 square feet and the quality of the Sod was noticeable. The company claimed that the SOD sent in the two delivery's were the same but another professional landscape company indicated that the SOD was not the same. We called for an inspector from the company that we purchased the sod from but an inspector was never sent.
