It went very well, I was very happy with how they did it. Their service on the phone was great as well. When they came out they were quick and efficient and the price was right for the service as well.

 I am so pleased with their service, their responsiveness and professionalism.  The downspouts were placed strategically to direct the water flow away from planters that would be prone to flooding but also to place them where they would add to the look of the house.  They were awesome to work with and their sense of humor made the experience all the better.
  Great job.  It hasn't rained yet but I can't wait to see the gutters "in action".  I'm ready for El Nino.

I would definitely recommend Rain Away.  They did excellent work at a fair price.  The gutters look great and they added an extra downspout for better drainage.  The only reason I didn't give them A's across the board was because there was some confusion on their end with scheduling and I was not informed as to the day they were going to show up until last minute but once that was straightened out, everything went great.  I wouldn't hold that against them!  They were efficient, quick and cleaned up after themselves.  I'd use them again if needed!

They were punctual for both the estimate and the installation work. The crew was very polite and professional and cleaned up the site very well. They were also very  thorough and corrected a couple of items without hesitation after I walked the final install with them. Their estimate was also half of two others I received. Though they are very busy, I didn't get the impression they are trying to make a bunch of money off the "El Nino" hype in SoCal right now. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

It went well. Kyle, the sales rep was great. I was not happy with the initial installation. I called the company and said I was not happy. Kyle came back out and fixed my problem. Their prices were better than other companies when I was searching around.

Kyle came out and did the original estimate. I had already done measurements myself using an actual tape measure, so I was surprised when he didn't take any measurements, just drew on his grid, sat in his truck to do some math, and came back out with measurements pretty dang close to mine. Had I not done the measurements, I would have been suspicious about someone who didn't use even a laser tape measure. He said after all these years of doing it, he could do it just by looking. Trust me, he's accurate!
There was a lot of rot and termite damage to the fascia boards which had to be replaced before new gutters could go up so once I accepted the proposal, he only scheduled the take down, and said to call back when I was ready to have the new gutters put up.
The guys came out and were efficient and pleasant at taking off the old gutters. They even advised me to as to what boards (beyond the obvious ones that I could spot from the ground) might need work so we could use the hangers I wanted to. Rain Away doesn't do fascia repair, so I knew it was an unbiased but informed assessment. They took all the old gutters with them and I scheduled the fascia repair/replacement with a termite repair company.
Once that was done, I called Kyle and he scheduled the guys for the next week. Once again, the team was wonderful! The guys were great and even changed a couple of gutters out when I didn't like the way they looked. There were a couple of crazy angles needed to hit the rain barrels and their original hanging looked weird to me. We tried a few different ideas until we came up with something that I was satisfied with.
The team totally put up with my micro-managing and smiled the entire time. Truly a fantastic experience. If gutters were something needed often, I'd absolutely hire them again. However, these are made are last; I shouldn't need their services for quite awhile. So please, in the meantime, give them your business! You don't be disappointed!

Kyle the sales manager was wonderful. I was initially not happy with the installation, the seams didn't lay right. I called the office and Kyle came out multiple times and fixed them until I was happy and also gave me options on the colors of the gutters. I would say if there are any problems or you do not like something call the office and they will work until it is what you want.

Their price was better than a Big Deal I found on Angie's List. The workers were also neat and considerate.

Kyle Mayer, sales manager from Rain Away, came over to give us the quote.  He ran his measuring wheel, went out to his truck to figure out the price, came back and gave us a quote of $420.  On his quote he had shown the gutter length to be 59'.  I mentioned to him that my measurements were less than that, and asked him if he could re-measure.  He ran his wheel again, came back with a gutter length of 49' and adjusted the quote down to $380. 
Kyle sent the crew over after a few days to do the install.  The crew came late, around 4pm.  Kyle had mentioned during his quote visit that the work would take about 1/2 day.  I was concerned that the crew would not be able to finish before it got dark.  Arturo and Tony and another gentleman were here for the install, and they said that they will be finished in an hour.  They did finish the install by 5pm.  I wanted to check the slope of the gutter by pouring some water in the newly installed gutters, but the crew said not to do that because the caulking was still wet.  The gutter has a 90 degree turn before the downspout,  and they had sealed the miter with some caulking.
The next day, I poured water in the gutter to check if the water would run to the downspout, as it should.  I poured about 2 gallons of water in the far end. None of the water made it to the downspout.  It all pooled in the middle of the gutter.  I texted Kyle about this, and then also called Rain Away.  They said that they will send the crew back to adjust the gutters.  The crew came back, and this time they were prompt - they showed up within the 2-hour window I was given.  Arturo, Danielo, and another gentleman were here to re-sloped the gutters.  All the water which had pooled in the middle of the gutter finally made it to the downspout.  The gutters will be tested when we get the rain.  Hopefully, no other issues come up.

They got to my home on time. They were wearing shirts that identified them as Rain Away installers,their truck had Rain Away identification too, they were polite, they had a copy of my work order/contract that they verified before starting. They went right to work. They worked as a team that had done the job professionally many times before. They  seemed to take pride in their work. Their attention to detail  was very reassuring. They cleaned up after themselves. They completed the guttering of my home promptly so that I had plenty of time to decorate my now beautifully guttered and downspouted house front for the Trick and Treaters. I am very happy with their work. I would recommend Jim Prentice's Rain Away Gutters anytime you need a great job done right and resonably too.

Best price. Excellent quality.  That's all you need to know.  These guys are pros.

Serivce was very good and professional.

Met with Kyle , he did the measurement, showed me pictures of different gutters, and the pricing which was very competitive. However he was pretty easy to work with and I called the office, scheduled the date, and was done in one day.

Price was beyond affordable.  I got 4 quotes and three of them were angies list companies.  Highest price was $550 more for the exact same product.  Don't go with your first bid regardless of how nice the guy might be.
