Removal of the old rusted faucets was tricky, and I did not want to attempt it myself. Basically, some Price-Pfister faucets used galvanized iron fittings. The original 2003 installation was incorrect, and did not seal the galavanized section against water intrusion. The consequence: faucets that were rusted in place.

Plumbing Center's technician, Saul, patiently worked through this problem, and managed to removed the rusted faucets without damaging the sinks or anything else. He installed the new faucets well, sealing them into the marble counter with silicone. The whole job (for 4 faucets and 2 lavatory drains) took 5 hours.

Roi Nagid came by after the work was completed to check up. He looked at some other plumbing issues and made some suggestions about resolving them. Overall I think this was skillful and professional service at a reasonable price.

IT WENT VERY WELL. THE JOB WAS COMPLETE, AND  I  HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE.

I like him. One time I called him on his 800 number at mid-night. I got home from work really late. Ken was working at night, he was doing night shift. I got home from work really late, I walked in the door and there was no hot water. Ken left me a note that there is no hot water so I call the plumber who owns the plumbing center. I thought to call him and leave him a message to come tomorrow morning. So when I called, left the message and two minutes later he called me back around 10.30 or 11'o clock at night. He told me to go down the basement, take a look at the heater and asked me couple of things. I told water heater is dead and he asked me to read few other things. He then asked if I'm going to be up for a while so he could come and fix it tonight. I told its 11'o clock in the night and he said I can come and fix it to get water for shower in the morning. He got the parts; he drove away and he got here in midnight. He went downstairs and he fixed my water heater. I asked him about the money and late charge fee; he said don't worry about it, I will send up the bill and it's not going to be big deal. He came here in the middle of the night and fixed my water heater. He was sweet. The next day I got up to work, I got the hot water and it was amazing. Every time we have problem with the sprinkler leaking going all over the place, I call and if he doesn't answer the phone; his wife will pick the message and he calls me back. He is really good about calling me back and I don't even have to be home. I will call and tell I cannot be there, I'm working or I'm in another part of the town. He will come and he will fix it. I love him.
