HORRIBLE SERVICE! AFTER PERFORMING THE FIRST SERVICE AND PROVIDING GUARANTEE THERE WAS STILL SPIDERS AROUND THE HOUSE. I CALLED AND ASKED THEM TO STOP BY AND CHECK IT OUT, THE SERVICE PERSON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE BUT AFTER HE LEFT I REALIZED THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND TRIED TO GET A EXPLANATION BUT THE LADY WAS VERY UNPROFESSSIONAL AND KIND OF RUDE. I CANCELLED THE SERVICE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ORKIN TO ANYONE.
