I had two estimates for the work and they were about the same. Samuel did a great job of sanding away stains and dirt from the terrazzo floors of the house we just bought. He polished them to a brilliant shine. The only disappointment was the very edges were not reached by the machine and I guess it could not be done by hand. However, it is not too noticeable, except to me.

We have marble and granite counters/floor in our kitchen and and bathroom that needed a good cleaning and resurfacing. The owner of Mable Tile Pros, Samuel Rojas, spent 2 full days working on them and we are extremely happy with the results. The counters and floor are gleaming now. Samuel was very professional and thorough. He and his workers came on time, kept the area protected and clean. We highly recommend his service.
