He has done numerous jobs for me in the past and has done great work. He is very quick and punctual. Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of him but you can give his wife a call if need be. He stands by his work.

I am satisfied with him. He charges a fair price, and he does a decent job.

Julio is the best plumber that I have had out of 3 others that I have called in the past. We had a few problem areas, toilets backing up and the washing machine drain overflowing. He returned my call promptly. Communication was great as he spoke English well. I noticed that his truck was clean and well organized, as was his personal appearance. He checked out all the trouble areas and ended up snaking the washing machine drain. The snake tool he used was clean and in good condition. (I've seen others smoking and ready to rattle apart). He also did something very smart. Instead of trying to direct the snake with his hands, he used a section of PVP pipe so he could control it without danger. Every other time I have seen a plumber snake a main line they were holding the snake by hands with gloves and it looked like they were about to lose it and any time. He got the job done and tested the work refilling and draining the washer. After that I asked him about some leaky hose outlets I have and he told me how to fix it myself so I could save money. Best Plumber I've had yet.

Julio was punctual and professional. He diagnosed a problem with mineral deposits in the tank that he said was probably causing most of my problems (which he wouldn't have charged me for). When I decided to snake the drain anyway, to be on the safe side, he not only snaked the bowl and cleaned up after, but he also adjusted the amount of water going into the bowl (to help with the flushing). He was done in twenty minutes. Julio was very professional and I am planning to use him again.
