First, I am so happy I drove by a neighbors house while Lucio and his crew were trimming some trees. We had just bought a house down the street and were told during inspection and by 2 arborists that unfortunately the treess had to go to protect the safety of the house. We were also given some very expensive bids ($8500). Lucio; went by the house and promptly sent me a bid to do the job. His cost was a third of the other bids. He had excellent ratings here, so we hired him. He and his crew arrived on time and took incredible care of our home and the trees. It was amazing to watch as his crew worked so well together in removing these large trees piece by piece. They worked fast, were curteous to my new neighbors and their property, and went the extra step of stacking all the wood I could ask for as firewood. Lucio and his team are amazing craftsmen.

Luis did a great job very thorough.  He came back to check on the plants and the system multiple times without prompting.  He even discovered a leak in my pool and reported it to me and helped me find a temporary solution until I could have an expert fix it.  He's a good man.

We first had Luis out to trim one tree that was pressing against the roof and remove two dead trees, one of which was quite large. He removed the stumps as well, and left no trace of his work. The cost for the job was $500, and took two days. Shortly after he left, we discovered our underground sprinkler system was incorrectly piped because water started bubbling up from the ground where the tree had been. We called him out to repair our sprinkler system. The cost for that was $250, including all materials. It took him a few hours to replace the underground pipes and replace all the broken sprinklerheads. He found several non-operational sprinklers buried in the dirt and fixed them, too. He then showed me how to adjust the system as needed. We plan on calling him back to install backyard steps and sod.

The job was completed on schedule. The works area was left neat. All trimmings picked and put in bins for pick up. Lucio does at least 2 or 3 projects a year for us. He is very reliable, polite and he has never gone over his initial quote on any job.

Extremely efficient, honest and cost effective. Lucio made several visits and surveys before beginning. He was very polite, his work was very neat. He arrived on time (always) and finished the job within the agreed upon time frame. He is a landscape contractor not a designer, but he had very good suggestions. Accompanied us to the wholesale nursery where we picked out the plants ourselves. Highly recommended.
