Francisco Painting and General Construction

The did a great job. I liked the courtesy and Francisco is always available and you can always reach him. He is always there. The pricing is very reasonable.

Francisco and his guys were great. They are VERY clean while they work, so it's never a huge construction mess. We really did an entire over haul on the house in 1 month. It's a 3 bedroom house in Atwater village, and the process went very quickly. I was able to increase the value of the rental property by $550 a month. The $20,000 spent did not include materials. I would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone looking to make things happen QUICKLY. He is also easy to get in touch with, which is something I really appreciated.

I e-mailed Francisco twice and finally got ahold of him by phone. I needed an estimate on repair of a large deck and to paint the exterior of my home. A pretty big job, that I thought he would be interested in. He asked who had recommended him to me. He didn't seem too excited when I told him it was Angie's List. At any rate, we agreed on a day and time for him to come by to give me an estimate, but he never showed up. Neither did he call to reschedule or to simply tell me he wasn't interested in the job.

I had no problem with them. The guy came on time and he gave me a respectable price. The work was good and they finished on time. I would hire them again in the future.

They did an extraordinary job from start to finish, I've never had painters this good. Everyone was courteous and responsive, from the first call for an estimate to the last call for an extra copy of the bill. They CLEANED UP EVERY DAY when they were finished for the day. They were extra careful with everything -- nothing was damaged in any way, including my extensive plantings around the house and even a bird's nest that a mourning dove had her babies in, in a hanging plant right next to a wall they were painting. I really have nothing but the best things to say about them, in every aspect of the job. And the price was extremely reasonable as well!

Francisco is pure gold. What a find. He's the best general contractor I've ever worked with. He has a very large and incredibly skilled crew. On any given day he had ten or more men there working on the different projects simultaneously refurbishing these two older houses. All of this work was accomplished in under three weeks. His price for each individual project was very fair and he is a pleasant, honest, and meticulous man to work with. He genuinely cares that the projects he undertakes be done the very best they can. I intend to use him in the future with work on my own home. I never expected to be enthusiastic about a contractor, but in this case I am.

I WASN'T REALLY THAT HAPPY WITH HIM. I WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE JOB BECAUSE IT STARTED TO PEEL AND WE HAD TO REDO THE PAINT AFTER HE LEFT TO GET IT RIGHT AGAIN.
