BLUE RIDGE PLUMBING

Manny was here on time, he's professional, honest and cleans up afterwards. We have used Blue Ridge Plumbing for 10 years and keep calling on them when we have plumbing problems. We usually make an appointment to have the drain cleaned, but the months got away from us this time. Blue Ridge will more than likely do the replacement work for the pipes when we are ready to have this done. My husband and I highly recommend Blue Ridge Plumbing.

The plumber they sent, Lazaro, was wonderful. He did a fantastic job. I will hire him forever and a day. I did feel however that Blue Ridge was very, very expensive. I guess when someone spends tens of thousands of dollars, I thought that certain breaks would be given. They are just enormously expensive and their excuses for being expensive are intolerable. I am not a big fan of them. If Lazoro would ever leave that company, I would hire him again in two seconds. The work was done properly. The communications with their main office was difficult. They didn't call to let me know if there was a delay in coming out, or if they wouldn't be able to come out at all that day. They said that they were so expensive because they have a support office but yet I would go there and be waiting for the plumber and he would never come. Again, the quality of the plumbing was very good.

They are always late, or don't show up. They don't respond for emergency calls in the time specified. They have not returned an item of mine that I was told I'd receive 4 days ago. They don't believe that 60 degrees in a child's bedroom is an emergency. They want me to pay for an ''inspection'' of another house. They were never asked to ''inspect'' and furthermore, it is not an ''inspection''. My other inspections are a) type written and b) include an estimate. Blue Ridge wants $160 for telling me that the heating and air conditioning work. Their attitude is terrible and they don't seem to have any idea what is going on in their company.

GEORGE AND HIS CREW ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY ALWAYS LEAVE THEIR WORKSITE CLEAN. THEY DO NOT NEED TO BE MICRO MANAGED. I WOULD CALL THEM FIRST FOR ANY OF MY PLUMBING NEEDS!
