When we purchased our house 2 years ago, I elected to keep the same gardner as the previous owners since the yard looked immaculate. I have found Armando to be very pleasant and accommodating. His team shows up on time each week. They mow and edge the lawn, keep the extensive flower/plant beds trimmed and weeded, till dirt to aerate it, trim bushes and trees, blow leaves and debris and deposit all of it in the lawn waste garbage can. My lawn looks very neat and clean when they are finished. He installed an automatic sprinkler system for me and trims my palm tree once a year ($150, additional cost outside of the weekly $130). He is very easy to communicate with and has good cost-effective solutions if you ask. For example, where another gardener recommended I resod the lawn, Armando told me to try reseeding it first (a much lower cost). Additionally, they come to my house on trash day and always bring my garbage cans back up from the street. I was quoted $150 monthly from other gardeners for the same work, so the price is very good. I am very pleased with his work.
