ANGEL APPLIANCE SERVICE

I have used Angel for years, and I really like them.

Angel's was one of the handful of vendors approved by Frigidaire, and they all had really awful reviews on Angie's List and/or Yelp.  However, contrary to my expectations, this was a completely positive experience.  Scheduling was no problem, the company called before Steve arrived, he came on time, he fixed the problem, and he was very polite.  It's a big relief to know that we're not stuck working with a difficult company if/when our washer and dryer go on the fritz again.  

They were easy to deal with and very responsive - they really saved.   I believe they found us the last existing part in the country that we needed to fix our refridgerator.  The price that we given from them was less than 1/2 of a prior quote.

My experience is that they are friendly, clean and easy to work with. I advised them over the phone ahead of time what my problem is and they come equiped and ready to fix. They worked around my schedule, not theirs and I've had good luck with them. I've recommended them to others as well.

We had to wait 3 days before they could get out to us and they promised us a time between 8:30-12:30- repairman didn't get there till after 2:30- after they promised us we were the next call when I called them at 12:30. They charge a fee (79.00) to come out which is applied to the price of the service if you use them.To change a little valve that cost a grand total of 40.00, and took a whole 5 minutes to do, they charged $149.95 labor. That little service call which took less than 20 minutes total cost me way too much money and I was really angry about it. I called the store to see why so much, they would not even consider lowering the cost even w/them being late and all- a discount might have made all the difference between a negative report and a positive report.

Unsatisfactory. Ineffective. Too long a delay to get a service call. Took three trips to get a simple fix done. They are "authorized" repair service for commercial Frigidaire, but yet did not have the most basic part (timer) took weeks to get it and this is a multiple family situation. Also wanted to charge for what should have been part of the installation. Comments on price herein enclosed relate to attempt to charge for what should have been part of original installation. There is no reason to use these people.

I told the person at the office the problems with the machines as well as the make and models. She set up a date for the repairman to come to my house between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. At 1:30 PM on the day I called and asked where the repairman was. I was told he was running behind and would be at my house in 45 minutes. I cancelled my doctor's appointment. At 4:00 PM I called again and was told the repair man was "on his way". He finally arrived, reconnected the drier hose and told me he would have to order a new drain hose for the washing machine. He said this would take about a week. About a week later the office called to set up an appointment to install the hose, which the office said had not yet arrived. Again the repairman did not show up per this new appointment and I finally received a call in the afternoon saying his car had broken down. Another appointment was set up. This new repair man was also late and actually asked me what he was supposed to replace. He said the office had given him the new hose "but no real details". I told him I thought it was the drain hose at the back of the machine. He said that was not the hose the store had given him and he proceeded to replace a hose in the front of the machine. He filled the machine and started it and the machine still leaked. He went back to his truck and returned with another hose which he said was "really good quality" and used it to replace the cracked drain hose. He tested the machine, said it was now working fine, I paid him and he left...leaving the washing machine still sitting in the middle of the laundry room floor. We had to put it back in place ourselves. The worst part was that, at no time, did anyone ever apologize for anything that went wrong and I was told it was my responsibility to call them to see if there would be any delays or changes of schedules.

I have used them for years. They always come when I call them and I am impressed with their service. They are honest and fix only things that need to be fixed with nothing more. Their rates are reasonable and they are knowledgeable and trustworthy as well. I would recommend them.

They came three times, never fixed, and kept saying they needed to order a part. When I refused to pay, they threatened to sue me and ruin my credit.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY WERE ALSO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT.
