ABC Maintenance & Paint

Started work between 8 & 8:30 a.m and continued working until 6 p.m & sometimes later. Everyday they only took a 10 mins break for lunch which we gladly provided for them. When I mentioned to Mr Lee that I needed to spruce up our kitchen he said all I needed to do was change the tile counter and that he would varnished the kitchen cabinets and drawers as they still look good. Also he said the cabinets and drawers were made of good quality materials and that I should not replaced them. After painting the outside of our bedrooms doors, he asked me if he could paint the inside too as they didn't look right. He changed the color (which I thought would look good) of the bathroom after my daughter said that it looked like the color of Pepto Bismol without batting an eyelash. He also did a minor repair to the drainer (I think that what it's called) in the bathtub. He put a trim on our front door. Being senior citizens we're so grateful for the extra works he did without asking for additional money. Upon completion of the job we asked him how much extra we neededto pay him for all the extras he did for us. He said never mind. To be fair, we added $300 more to the amount on his original estimate. He said the job would be finished 4 to 5 days. They did it in 4 days. This guy is awesome.
