SAM'S ELECTRIC

He had the electrical working when he left.  We paid him $150.00 for a very minor repair and he was here a very short time.    Within a short time (about 2 weeks) it all stopped working.  We called him several times and left messages. He completely didn't respond to any message or call us back.  I finally called from my cell phone and since he didn't recognize my name or different number, he picked up because he thought it was a new customer and sounded very friendly.    As soon as he realized it was a dissatisfied previous customer who needed followup on unsatisfactory repair, his whole attitude changed and he said it would be $85.00 to even come back and see what went wrong.  Then I put my husband on the line and all he said was "I'm driving now so I'll have to call you back".  Of course, he never did call us back.  I would never recommend him or suggest anyone ever use someone with this little concern for customers after they have paid him and he doesn't respond when they have an issue with his "repair".  He has other poor reviews on-line.  Be sure to check them out before using this contractor!  Had he at least responded to our original messages and called us back to see if he could come back out and check what went wrong, we could have respected his business ethics, but by not responding and assuming it would have to be something other than his original repair that was unsatisfactory without checking it out first, he reveals how little he values customer service and retaining previous customers.--
