We use them for regular pest control service. Every two months they come. They spray around the outside of the house they fill up the bait traps, the go over the property, you know just normal stuff. My wife has them clean up all the cobwebs from the lights outside from the spiders up there and stuff. They don't respond to unique situations very well. They do okay with the coming every two months and spraying. If you have anything that requires any kind of special pest control like I've had bees and carpet moss. You tell them and they may come out to look at it, but they don't ever do anything. I keep saying I'm going to fire them, but so far I haven't. They're just a normal every day, okay they're fine they like everyone else so they're fine I can imagine but they don't have anything else when you need them. They pretty much show up when they say they are.

Dylan is awesome. He is courteous, polite and thorough. He never rushes through our job. He comes to the front door and asks if we have any problems. He listens and addresses any concerns we have. He does the service and usually comes to the door and tells us how everything looks. He brings the written receipt of his service and always has a nice "Thank You" on it. At other times I've seen him talk to my neighbors to see how they are doing. I couldn't be happier with the service. Seriously, I can't imagine anyone doing a better job than Dylan.

I have used this company twice with excellent results. The first time involved what I thought was going to be a serious termite problem and I expected the worst, including a major expense. Chris from the Placerville office made a very thorough inspection, was professional and competent and advised that the issue was simply flying ants and that he could fix it for $65. What a pleasant surprise.

The second experience involved a similar but less intensive problem. I now expected flying ants based on the past. Again Chris from the Placerville office arrived and advised that this time I did have termites and that he was not licensed to treat the problem. He arranged for Steve from their Sacramento office to handle. Steve arrived on time, was personable, and patient. Made a complete exam of the property including the crawl space and eventually found the source of the termites. He advised that my issue was very minor and advised how I could treat it myself using but killer available from Home Depot. The fee was only $50 for the inspection and advice.

I found this company on both occasions to be totally competent and honest. They could have told me anything and charged anything but did the right thing.

The very friendly office staff set up an immediate appointment to evaluate and treat my pest problems. Their technician, Wesley, was prompt, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He started by setting traps and bait stations for the rodents. I called the office the next morning to say I had heard the traps going off overnight. He came back out the next morning to reset the traps and arrived a little bit early because he knew I needed to get to work.
After the initial pest treatment the crazy weather prompted some ants to move into my house. They were at my home an hour after I called the office.
They have kept every appointment and been on time. When an employee was unavailable to come seal off the rats' attic access the owner of the company came out and did the work himself. To date, everyone I have interacted with at this company have been a pleasure to work with.
Fabulous service at a reasonable price.

.Raccoons have been tearing up as much as one-half of my backyard lawn. This was occurring almost daily for weeks. After trying everything from sensor water sprayers to mesh to cayenne pepper, I finally realized that the only solution was to trap these raccoons and have them removed once and for all. By 1/31/2013, we had caught 5 raccoons, one cage at a time. The workers are courteous and efficient. When I noticed that a raccoon had been caught during the night, I would call the Center who had a trapper come out that day or the next to remove the trap/animal. By the next day or two, they bring out a new cage. As of 2/9/2013, There has been no evidence of any more raccoons or lawn damage. Service will probably be discontinued in about a week.
The charges are $200 for first animal/cage, and then $100 for each thereafter. While this seems a little expensive, I supposed it is not too unreasonable since they do supply the cage, cat food bait, and take care of removing the animal.

They aree very flexible with working aroudn my work schedule.

I like that they will do extra things. I like the person that come out, he is very nice and helpful.

Their service covers 4-5 visits. They came and put out some traps and tamper proof bait in my backyard. Then the technician comes every week for the next 3 or 4 weeks to check it. It is too early to judge results, but they are very professional. I will use their service in the future.

I have been with this company for about eight years and I am very happy with them. They always call before they come, they come to the door and ask if you have anything in specific you want done of if you're having any other problems.

The service they provide is very effective as I have no problems with insects when my neighbors do. I also love the fact that I do not need to schedule at all. I don't even have to be at home. They come, do their job and leave the bill at the door or mail it. They charge us every time they come.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO ME. THE COMPANY IS VERY RELIABLE AND IS ON TIME EACH AND EVERY MONTH. THE MEN WHO COME IN ARE VERY POLITE.

I AM HAPPY WITH MY LAWN. MANY PEOPLE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD USE THEM BEFORE ME AND I WILL TELL OTHERS OF THEIR SERVICES. THEY ARE VERY CAREFUL OF THE PETS AND ARE VERY FRIENDLY.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE PEST CONTROL CENTER HAS NOT BEEN THE BEST. THEIR QUALITY VARIES (WIDELY BASED ON WHICH WORKER IS SENT TO YOUR HOUSE). IN ADDITION, THEY WANT TO CHARGE EXTRA FOR MINOR SERVICES.
