They removed roof rack , but I asked them not to. Then a piece of the molding covering the rack was loose and came off in carwash yesterday. I feared this would happen , but they denied this is a foreseeable problem. Old molding will not lock back on after being removed. Who knows how much Toyota will charge me for this six inch piece of black plastic!???
