BRIGGS ROOFING & REPAIR INC

I chose Briggs because time and price. They showed up unannounced, a day early, which would be fine except I was asleep( after working a fill in graveyard shift). The schedule was Thu., Fri, and Sat. Did not show on Friday. Called Mr Brigg, said he didn't know nobody showed.  He would get back to us. At 1:30 my wife called ( because still nothing) no answer. Showed Monday to finish the job. With an apology, and a reason why they did not show. finished roof that day, gutters next day.

AT MY RESIDENCE SEVERAL LEAKS ON TILE ROOF, WE WOULD MARK THE WET SPOT-- ON THE CARPET, MR. BRIGGS WOULD RESPOND AND ATTEMPT TO LOCATE AND SEAL THE LEAKS. NO ATTIC ACESS TO PINPOINT THE HARD TO FIND THE POINT OF ORGIN.
 EVERY TIME WE CALLED MR BRIGGS RESPONDED RAPIDLY  AND WENT TO WORK ON THE TILE ROOF AND SUCCESSFULLY REPAIRED SOME LEAKS. HE HAS RESPONDED APROX 4 TIMES WITH NO INCREASE IN FEE. HE STATES HE WILL CONTINUE TO FIX THE LEAKS UNTILL THEY ARE NON-EXISTANT. HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOME MORE RAIN.
HARD TO FIND CONCENITIOUS  PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR QUALITY OF WORK LIKE MR. BRIGGS ANY MORE. 

I have an older (60 yr.) home that needed a new roof. By and large, everything went as planned. If a problem appeared, it was promptly rectified. Mr. Tim Briggs was very attentive to details and very willing to answer any and all questions. He has a good reputation among other tradesmen, which also is very reassuring. His company had been used before by another family member who was very satisfied.

Tim friendly, experienced and his crew was efficient and fast.

The whole process was fast and efficient Tim Briggs came out within a day of my call and submitted an estimate. I was scheduled for a month down the road but he was able to squeeze me in before an expected rain fall. The crew that come in and toreoff the two layers of existing roofing material was unbelieveble fast. They worked at a feverish past and totally cleaned up the area afterwards. These men tore off the roof in a matter of two hours. They went so far as to use a giant magnet to pick up nails. Next came the repairs of a few dry rotted boards and the tar paper was done in a day. The roof went up in a day and to my surprise the workers showed up on Sunday for completion because rain was expcted on Monday. I have seen this crew on my street several times so word of mouth went a long way as well. I would recommnd this company to anyone.

He was very good. He was able to answer my phone calls and came out the following week to do the work. I had been having trouble getting another company to do the work and get back to me.

We would definitely recommend Briggs Roofing and Repair, Inc. to anyone who needs roofing work done. They were always polite, on time, worked the whole time, got it all done in the time stated, and cleaned up afterwards. We worked with Jeff Briggs - a very nice, polite, and knowledgeable young man. He exuded confidence and excellent suggestions. He helped make this a very easy experience for us. Very, very fine work and company, indeed!! Afterwards, the County Inspector came by and said that two of the vents needed to be moved, and I understood the Inspector to say, that the placement of the vents were now covered by a NEW regulation in the county of which most if not all of the roofing contractors were not yet aware. Jeff and his crew were back out within a few days and made the changes. We are very pleased indeed!!

They were very through from start to finish. Their salesman, Tim Sartin, was outstanding. He brought samples of materials and provided several alternatives. Once the job was scheduled and begun, work continued every day until completed. The owners of the company actually did the work along with the crew. When completed everything was left in a clean and orderly condition.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY FORGOT TO DO ONE TASK THOUGH. OVERALL, THEIR SERVICE IS GREAT. A LOT OF FEEDBACK WAS INVOLVED. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS.
