I was satisfied with the job done.

Estimate/price seemed reasonable and was quick. When we scheduled a date, he said the rooms had to be 80 degrees to do the install. Which sounded like an odd request. He said the install would take one day. We had furnace issues the day before and morning of the install and the house was only 75 degrees. Ross complained repeatedly that the heat was required and threatened to leave. The carpet company made a mistake with one piece so he had to go back to get a new one, which seemed to aggravate him more. He quit early that day. He completed the job the next day, with more complaining. The job looked alright with the exception of one seam that bulged through the middle of a large room. He swore that this was normal but would not say that the bulge would correct itself. We argued for about an hour before he agreed if I didn't like it within a couple of days he would come back to redo. The seam laid down on its own in about a week. OK result but with ugly arguments and sarcasm.
