The experience, from initial in-home review to turnover, was fantastic. I obtained three quotes (ADT, Bay and Centurion) before choosing Bay. They were all comparable but Bay's total cost of ownership (i.e., three year commitment) and customer service reputation were the deciding factors for me. I thought that the installer was very nice and did a good job but we have had a little trouble with them on answering questions when we call into customer service line. Our bill is set up on auto bill pay and that really is nice. I really think that the monthly service is a little high.

Once the alarm went off and they sent the sheriff, but luckily nothing big had happened and I wasn't at home anyways. I am happy with the service they provide and I think they are reliable and I have never had a problem with them so far. I pay a bimonthly fee for the service.

The system is easy to use and helps us feel protected. If I have a problem they are here and ready to help. They are very easy to deal with. I think that the price we pay per year is a fair price.

The marketing manager was excellent. She provided us complete details and cost information. The installer was equally excellent. He was here over 6 hours, very neat, careful, professional and installed the systems components without any damage. Explained the system actions and tested everything before he left. We've had no problems and they have followed up with status checks and a satisfaction survey. I'd strongly recommend them!

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB INSTALLING THE SYSTEM. THEY MADE SURE TO ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THEY ALSO DID A VERY NICE JOB EXPLAINING HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS AND WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.
