They capture video of everything. Miguel made sure I understood the entire debugging/troubleshooting thought process. Captured video and showed them to me. Documentation was excellent

The job was complicated by plaster walls. Cuts in the walls were more difficult than expected. It took extra time and they sent more help. Always Affordable's people still smiled and took care to do an excellent job which took 2 extra days. Great clean up and the job is perfect.

Too much of a bad experience to slander. Not one part of it was acceptable, between going beyond the timeframe projected and then increasing cost without a signature. Supposed to be 4 hours... Took 8. More interested in getting home to his family than supporting mine. Wanted me to bother neighbors for a hose, so I could have water for the night with an 8-month pregnant lady in my home. Job was too big for this rookie, and he should have said so
