There was nothing wrong with the AC and just needed cleaning and maintenance. Did not expect to pay this much money for this kind of service.

called for appointment to repair my non-functioning furnace. the serviceman showed up promptly at the time promised. diagnosed that i needed a new gas valve and that he would locate and price the part and give me a total bid price the next morning. a little after 8am i got a call with the price, i accepted, and they said that their serviceman would be out between 10am and noon. at 10am sharp he arrived and i soon had a working furnace. they were prompt, friendly, and professional. i have used them in the past and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

They did a great job. I was working night shift they week and they got the job done without waking me up.

My experience was good. They were prompt, his price beat everybody. His promptness, he was there to resolve the problem. All was great. He actually had a small problem with the new unit and he was right there to resolve it. I would give him a good A rating. He's prompt, fair and professional.

I worked with them I think in 08/2011. They replaced one of my heating air-conditioning units. The dealing with the owner was very pleasant. He is a very easy guy to work with. His crew came out to do the work. I certainly would consider using him again. I interviewed five contractors and he was the one I choose. He was somebody I would definitely recommend to other people. He is a great guy.

I would recommend them to others. They were very easy to work with and straight forward. I felt that the information we were given was fair and thoughtful. They didn't try to push any options on us. They just gave us thorough information so we could decide.

They don t do good business at all. I think that they really just don t care either. I have called them 3 times in the matter of a couple of months and every time they say they are coming to fix my air conditioning unit, they never come. I talked to a manager and he did nothing but lie to me. I will never use them again.

He is reasonable in price and easy to deal with. He will come when I call him. He seems concerned with what the problem is and is able to do the repairs.
