John is the owner and technician. He was not only on time on a Saturday, but gave outstanding, knowlegable service. He had the part needed and made the repair. It didn't solve the problem completely which couldn't be known when he left. He came back and spent significant time completing the repair and would not accept additional payment. He is an outstanding young man. Also, John has given the store to a friend and only does repairs now. He also does Heating and Air Conditioning service in addition to appliance repairs. I am impressed. If there was an A++ rating he would receive it.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING. THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME AND THE MAN THEY SENT OUT WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME THINGS I DO NOT NEED.
