5 Star Plumbing

I made the mistake of hiring 5 Star Plumbing to hydrojet my main drain at my laundromat. The company was the cheapest and a camera survey was included in the normal hydrojetting. While the employee was on time, he did not sufficiently hydrojet my drain sufficiently where I had to hire someone else, Domco Plumbing (very good and Eric was well worth the call). At 5 Star, the plumber did attempt to hydrojet the main drain but could not fix my issue saying he does not hydrojet inside and did not camera my line. I was willing to take this as my error and move on until Eric @ Domco ran the camera and found the attached videos which shows a massive block in my main drain the 5 Star failed to perform the job I paid them for. I had Domco finish the job since 5 Star employee said there was nothing else he can do. I called 5 Star and advised Joe that the main drain was not sufficiently drained and he was unwilling to refund me because I didn’t have them return to address warranty work. If Eric @ Domco didn’t run a camera like 5 Star said they would (also what I paid for) I would have never known as 5 Star said they likely needed to dig a new drain costing thousands. If Eric @ Domco didn’t run the camera I would never have known the 5 Start didn’t perform the job I paid them for. I showed them all the information, told them that their employee told me they could do no more, and Joe at 5 Star still said there was no way to be refunded for them ripping me off. Videos were sent and the evidence is there. This company is dishonest and unwilling to do what is right for their employees. I will admit that I lost my cool with Joe with him admitting the company failed in their work and was unwilling to do anything about it. This company isn’t worth hiring. Awful in that they do not care about their customers.
