The tech cracked the toilet and said that it was already cracked and leaking. I know for a fact that it wasn't cracked or leaking. We just had a HUD inspection in this unit, myself and the inspector found nothing wrong with the toilet. It passed inspection.

It went well. They did a great job. They came out right away and took care of the issue. On time, very friendly worker, he cleaned up after himself.

Plumber left site a mess, Debbies all over the street. Took me an hour to clean up his mess. Second day a pipe leaked. Another plumber came out and fixed the pipe but offered no explanation (or offer of clean-up) for the mess left behind by the first plumber. Very disappointing.
