THEY DO A EXCELLENT JOB. THEY HAVE TO REMOVE MY WOODEN BLINDS AND DO THEM BY HAND, BUT THEY HAVE NEVER RUINED ANY OF THEM. THEY BRING THE WINDOWS INTO THE BACK YARD, CLEAN THEM OFF, AND THEN PUT THEM BACK WHEN THEY ARE DONE.
