fairly well however there was some miscommunication on how certain parts of the fence should meet. It was not really correctable without rebuilding certain parts however overall it was not a bad look so we just kept it.

- Contacted Valley fence on Friday (11/15) via web page requesting a quote. - Received call on Saturday (11/16) scheduling estimator (Ronnie) for 9am Monday (11/18). - Ronnie arrived at 9am on Monday and discussed the desired work. - Received bid Wednesday (11/20) morning. - Bid was reasonable so we scheduled the job for Friday (11/22) when Ronnie called as a followup to his email. - It rained hard all day Thursday and was still raining lightly Friday morning. I was somewhat concerned that the job would be postponed but I hadn't heard anything. - The crew (Fidel and Nick) arrived at 8am Friday (11/22) and went immediately to work. - The entire job was completed in 8 hours including a thorough cleanup. It was obvious the crew knew what they were doing and how to do it efficiently. (I learned a lot watching.) OVERALL: Quality work rapidly done at a reasonable price.

We worked with Ronnie Coffelt as the project estimator and manager. We felt the estimate was fair and appropriate. The project was completed in a timely fashion. We discovered two minor panel flaws and Ronnie had them replaced promptly. The fence is an excellent addition to our property and it looks great!

This company was very prompt, had an estimator out the very next day. He submitted a quote that same day. We took a couple days to mull it over as well as two competing quotes, including a follow-up question or two to Chris at All Counties, then we selected them to do the work. It got a little dicey on the day they were supposed to show up to start the work, we called and the lady in the office couldn't find us on the schedule, but long story short the 2-man crew came out that day and did the demolition and installed the poles, then they returned the next day and installed the fencing and wrapped it up.Everything was done in a very professional and courteous manner. They did a few extra cleanup tasks for my elderly neighbor that I felt were above and beyond, so kudus to the workers. The price was fair, but the quality of the fencing materials was good and the workmanship was excellent, we were very pleased with this company.

I had used Valley Cities back in 2009 to replace the other fence line. I felt their price was fair at that time and felt the work they did was good too. Worked with the same guy (Jon LaVallee) who I thought was good to work with in 2009. I found him to be even better in 2012. On his way out from doing the estimate, Jon noticed the gate (which his company replaced in 2009) was sticking and that the latch looked crooked. Worked OK for me so I never bothered to do anything to it. He told me whether I used Valley Cities or not to remind him and he would have someone fix the gate. My neighbor was so impressed with Jon that she told me not to bother getting other estimates (I had lined up two other companies and canceled their estimate appointments.). She felt the price was fair as she had compared with other friends who had recently replaced fencing. And as a side note, without reminding him, Jon had his crew fix the gate.We decided to use Valley Cities and Jon and the crew did not disappoint. I would recommend using Valley Cities and Jon LaVallee. Also, Jon did not ask me to put up a review here. Angie's List posted a reminder for another contractor (not fencing) I had been looking into and it reminded me that Valley Cities was on Angie's List. I thought it was worth the time to post a review.

Very happy, got what I paid for and they showed up when they were supposed to.

We needed to replace the chain link fence in the backyard. Valley fence offered the best price, almost half of what another company quoted for the same job. Except for the fact that my contact person seemed a little flustered and didn't call back when he said he would which complicated trying to organize timeoff and gardeners visits etc, and he forgot to tell the guys to doing the work that this had to be a one day job, everything went smoothly. The workmen came first thing in the morning, when we explained we needed this done in one day they called for the necessary materials and rearranged their schedules. They were pleasant, friendly and very fast, they had arrived at 8:00 AM and were finished by noon. They also respected the garden. I fully expected ruined and trampled plants, but they left everything in beautiful condition and did a top notch job on the fence. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I would recommend it to my friends and neighbors.

Very cooperative and professional. Able to cut their own slots in post blanks which enabled the adjustment of the height and spacing of the rails for a more pleasing appearance than the factory standard spacing. The work crews know their stuff, functioned extremely well as a team, and left me with a first-class fence. Portions of the installation included steep inclines, and the fence looks great from all angles. Not the cheapest (yet still very competitive,) but the customized fabrication of the fencing sealed the deal.

THIS COMPANY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. I HAD EXTRA FENCING LEFT AND THEY CREATED A DOOR FOR MY DOGS DOG RUN. THE PRICE I THOUGHT WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT AFTER SEEING THE GENTLEMEN WORK AND HOW HARD THEY WORKED IT WAS ALL DESERVED.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. IT WAS EXPERT WORKMANSHIP, AND THEY WERE EXPERT WORKERS. IT WAS 100 DEGREES, AND THEY MEASURED, LEVELED, AND WORKED HARD. EACH INDIVIDUAL REDWOOD PIECE WENT UP PERFECT, AND IF IT WASN'T, THEN THEY FIXED IT. THEY WERE PERFECTIONISTS. THEY WERE GREAT. THEY PAID ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND NEVER TOOK A BREAK. THEY WERE HARD WORKING. IT WAS JUST GREAT.

I GUESS WHAT I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE MOST WAS OF ALL WAS THE PLACE I CALLED. THIS PLACE CALLED ME BACK, AND THEY MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND SHOWED UP FOR IT. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY WERE POLITE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. IT IS THE WAY I THINK PEOPLE OUGHT TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS AND PEOPLE DON'T.
