T & S HARDWOOD FLOORS

I cannot say enough goods things about this company.  Their workmanship and professionalism in refinishing our hardwood floors was impecciable.  We moved into our home 10 yrs. ago which had beautiful natural hardwood floors with cherry ribboning at all the edges and were only a year old at that time.  But unfortunately we were not knowledgable in the proper care of these floors and were ill informed as to how to care for them.  This resulted in layers of wax build up with scuff marks layered underneath the wax which could not be removed unless they were totally stripped and restained. YIKES!!  We also had deep scratch marks in one of the bedrooms which they fixed. Also there were some floor buckling due to some small water damage in a very visible area which they fixed as if it was never there.  I was given a timeframe of when they would start and finished and they were true to their word.  We really appreciated this as we had to move out of the house for a couple of days due to the stain fumes and inexcessability to our living areas upstairs while this work was being done.  Once they finished and put back everything just as they found it were very happy with the final results.  The price for this job was comparable to others as I always get at least three estimates on any home projects we have done but based on Mr. Tim Hennessey's (owner) knowledge and references from previous jobs I took a chance and was very glad I did! The end result and compliments I get on these now beautiful floors was worth every penny!!

I called the company, got an estimator out when I wanted one, the work began promptly once I gave them approval to start. They completed the work on time and cleaned up after themselves. They locked up the house and left everything in order. I was able to pay by credit card over the phone after the job was done.

THEY SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE SO BUSY THAT IT TOOK PROBABLY A COUPLE MONTHS BEFORE THEY COULD EVEN COME OUT. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS OKAY IT WORKED. THE PEOPLE WHO DID THE WORK WERE VERY NICE.

THEY HAVE BEEN GOOD. THEY CALLED US BACK, THAT IS HOW I JUDGE CONTRACTORS, IF THEY CALL ME BACK THEY ARE GOOD. THE QUALITY IS GOOD, WE HAD TO BE HERE WHEN THEY DID IT. IT IS A COMPANY CONTRACTED OUT, THE PEOPLE THAT DO THE WORK DO NOT OWN THE COMPANY. THAT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. HOMEOWNERS SHOULD BE HOME WHILE THE WORK IS BEING DONE, TO MONITOR THE WORK BEING DONE.
