OUR EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. IT IS AN 'A'. WE GOT PERSONAL ATTENTION FROM THEM WHEN WE CAME IN. THERE IS ALWAYS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE READY TO HELP YOU OR GIVE YOU DIRECTIONS AND THEY SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE. SO WE FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THEM WHEN IT COMES TO UPGRADES OR SERVICES. I THINK THEY DO GREAT.
