The process was quick and smooth without issues.  Mitch was personable, friendly and professional.  His crew worked  hard to complete the job in two days.  We will definitely recommend their services and use them again for future projects.

My wife noticed a leak coming from the living room ceiling
one morning during a rain storm.  I called PRS after reviewing their  ratings posted on Angie's List.                                                     I called at 8AM on Friday and spoke to the owner Mitch Dalton.  He told me he and
his foreman would try their best to get out to our home to survey the problem
within a day.  Mitch arrived at 4PM the same day and he and his foreman
checked out the area on our roof .   He indicated that we had a problem
with our flat concrete tiles and the "valley" where the two adjoining
slopped roof planes intersect.  They did an emergency repair to clear the
valley and let the water flow freely to the eaves and gutters.  Mitch told
us they could come back the first of week and do a survey  on the entire roof.  They returned the
next day (Sat.) to do the survey and repairs in the rain! 
His crew did an outstanding job and corrected a few of the problems we had with
a roof that was 14 years old.  They did a  good  job on the cleanup considering it
was raining and completed the job in less than 5 hours.
We would refer PSR to our family and friends for any type of roof repair or
maintenance.

PRS was able to come out and give me a quote for a 2 year roof cert and repairs needed on one of my deals (I am a real estate agent) SUPER fast and was able to start the work the next day since we had a timeline to follow. They were very responsive and worked with my clients, my lender and myself to get the job done.

Came out on the first call, estimate in one day.  Arrived on time two days later, repaired in four hours, less than promised.  I got a really good feeling from Mitch from PRS.  Showed me pictures of the areas and explained in detail what needed to be done.  He found another spot, the other estimator did not find.  He and another man walked the roof and gave me an ok for at least another 10 years or so.  We were very happy with the courteous, professional service from Mitch.  
We called two other companies, one did not show up, the other well known company came out but did not send me an estimate as promised.

WE ORIGINALLY ASKED THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR WHO HAD WORKED ON HIS ROOF AND DID HE LIKE THEM. HE SAID YES AND GAVE US THE NAME. THE WORK ON HIS HOME HAD BEEN DONE 10-11 YEARS AGO, AND HE'D HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH WIND OR LEAKS SINCE THEN. WE CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE. COMPANY OWNER CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO GIVE ESTIMATE. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. HIS PEOPLE CAME 2 DAYS LATER (ACCORDING TO MY REQUEST) AND DID THE COMPLETE JOB. THE HOUSE IS IN A WINDY AREA OF RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA. THIS ROOF WILL WITHSTAND THE SUPER GUSTS WE GET HERE IN ADDITION TO KEEPING OUT THE RAIN.
