Pool Rehab

Worked with Jeremy from Pool Rehab. They responded to my inquiry promptly and gave me a very reasonable quote. They didn't try to over sell and if anything helped me figured out a way to save some money in the process. His team and sub contractor were always on time and finished their job quickly. Demo and tile clean up - finished in 1 day Coloring - finish in 1 day Re plastering - finished in 1/2 a day Start up- multiple day and very detailed. During the middle of my project I had some issue with my electrical due to other constructions.. Jeremy was very flexible and accommodating and worked with me each step of the way to ensure the project was done to perfection. Would definitely recommend and reuse.

Jeff was very knowledgeable and got our pool going immediately. Now four days later the pool is crystal clear. We would use them again. The service was great! He was on time for both appointments and got the work done quickly.

Gabe was great!  He responded quickly. I was in a rush to get pool in tip top shape due to home going on the market the following week. Gabe worked hard to get me in his already busy schedule. Drained pool within that week, acid washed it, had motor replaced, repaired some cracked rocks and even repainted all the rocks around the entire pool!  The pool never looked so good, even better then when brand new due to the colors he painted the rocks. They looked so natural due to the colors he selected. Gabe is just a great person and of coarse surrounds himself with great people that work along side him. I will be using Gabe for all my future pool advice and connections he has to good pool installers. I can't say enough good things about him and his company.....Thanks again Gabe. Pool is beautiful again!!!!!!!

We needed to clean the tile on our pool and have several missing tiles replaced. We've used Pool Rehab in the past so we call them for a quote. Jeremy came out and discussed our needs. The missing tile was difficult to find. It was outdated and they weren't making it anymore. That we really like the style. Jeremy helped us search several locations in Southern California to find the matching tile and we located some. On Wednesday, April 2 Gabe his crew came out to replace the missing tiles, clean the existing tiles, and install mastic for the plastic dividers between the cement slabs around the decking of the pool. They did a great job. The pool looks better than it did when we bought the house. They even worked in the rain and didn't stop until the job was done. Very happy customer. Would recommend Pool Rehab to anyone.

Good.  Their service was good and they were timely.  It was excellent.  It was reasonable.

It went pretty well. There were approx 20-25 tiles (1") that needed replacing. They did a pretty good job. From what the owner said it would take quite some time to do the repair because they were small and finicky tiles. It didn't take very long. It was less than a couple of hours. He seemed to do a nice job, but I had to clean the grout/adhesive left by the worker after he left that he had left in some spots. There were also a lot of little pieces of grout/tile etc, that had fallen off when he was cleaning the blank spot where the tile fell out, that had fallen into the spa, which because the pieces were too big to be sucked up by the filter, had to be manually taken out, which he did not do. 
To be fair, it was Xmas eve and I'm sure he wanted to get out of there quickly, if possible. 
All in all, the work was ok, and I would likely use him again, but would certainly mention the issues I had, which were not that big a deal.

Pool Rehab came out and inspected lights, and determined that there was water in the units, which was causing the GFI to trip. They replaced the lights and the wiring, and now everything works great.

They were pretty good.

Gabe LaCross of Pool Rehab showed up on time as scheduled and is professional and friendly.  The Jacuzzi is owned by our homeowners association and the tiles had not been cleaned for years and were very dirty.  Mr. LaCross thoroughly cleaned the tiles and replaced two depth marker tiles.  He did a good job and the tiles look great.

I like them and I have used them a couple of times. They were very thorough in explaining all of my options and they gave me an honest appraisal of what my needs were.
