Description of Work: Listed condo for sale in complex with very low owner occupancy rate. Buyer in escrow had lender that promised ability to make the loan. Toward the end decided that he could not do the loan. I called Nathan Bonaparte. He stepped in and did the loan quickly and professionally. Although he was about to take his vacation in Japan, and he had a backup to handle this loan, he still managed to oversee the project by phone/fax/email from Japan. Property closed escrow on time.
