They were excellent and efficient. The charge was also good. And, they were in and out as they said they promised. The flooring was done perfectly. Also, they met my wife's needs and they were professionally polite to her. They were the best and they exceeded all expectations.

We were extremely  satisfied with Pacer Construction.  I am planing to hire them again. I would recommend them to all.

The stone chosen for downstairs was a Lyon pattern with 7 different stone sizes & if that wasn't challenging enough, Gary and his crew had to "wrap" the pattern around the central portion of the house. Additionally, they built a custom backdrop/shelf in the master bathroom to accent the curve of  my vintage style claw-foot bathtub & an inset shelf for the master shower!  Further, Gary designed a beautiful, eye catching back splash which compliments the cabinet color & granite in the kitchen.  Though the same products were used in the bathrooms, the design pattern was changed up so each bathroom has a slightly different look.  Such a simple change makes a world of difference!  That little extra bit of thought to make your house a beautiful home!  The wood floors in the media room are beautiful!
Simply an amazing job!  Beyond pleasant and professional with outstanding work ethics.  You couldn't ask for a better group of people to enrich your home.   It was such a pleasure to come at the end of our work day to see the progress made at the end of theirs. Suggestions for grout color was perfect, the supplies & sealer used are top notch.  Two years and the floors have been in constant use from abusive pets, teens & marines!  Never a problem to this day and the compliments abound for their workmanship with minimal upkeep on mine!

Outstanding is the one word I can honestly describe our experience with Pacer Construction.  Such professionalism was implemented in all aspects of what turned out to be a challenging job. Truly impressed with the care and regard taken concerning our personal belongings when removing all the old flooring and in preparation of the surfaces. This is an owner operated company that holds honesty, integrity, respect and craftsmanship to their highest standards. Every question was answered truthfully and every unforeseen challenge was overcome with great skill. We were impressed at every corner turned and so appreciative of the crew?s friendliness and willingness to accommodate our desires and needs. We cannot offer any higher recommendation to anyone considering using Pacer Construction in their flooring needs, for they go above and beyond the call. The results of our new floors are amazing and we feel such a bond with these individuals we would gladly have them back for future projects and even some holiday gatherings. We were extremely pleased with the work that was done for us the first time we worked with Pacer Construction. When it came time to continue with our remodeling we knew that we would work with them again. We were equally pleased the second time. We had several contractors in our home at the same time and Gary with Pacer Construction, as well as his employees did everything they could to make the job as comfortable for us as they could. They worked diligently from beginning to end with no lapse on the job. They completed the job very quickly, worked well with other contractors, were clean, professional and pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend Pacer Construction and we will definitely use them again should the need arise.

     A friend of mine introduced me to Gary Farace with Pacer Construction who was working on a large commercial project in Eugene Or. a while back. I was able to see his work first hand. His wood and tile work was amazing. I asked Gary if he would me interested in coming to Tigard Or. to do a small job for me at my house. Gary and his crew tiled my shower and bathroom. There attention to detail and cleanliness through out the 7 day project was great. The finished job was amazing. It wasn't the lowest price I found but I was more than happy with the work, and it was worth every penny.
