How did it go overall from start to finish?
I submitted the following letter on July 02, 2008 to the President of the Company. You decide.

Dear Mickey,
My wife and I stood before our home today enjoying the beauty of our new Circle City Roof. I have never admired any structure for the sole aesthetic quality of it's roof until now.
I hope you will take the time to convey to your team of men who re-roofed our house that their
toil, sweat and expert craftsmanship during the relentless summer heat was not taken for granted by us, but rather sincerely and deeply appreciated.
I happened to be working at home during the intensive carpentry phase, and it was really inspirational to observe the comradery along with the respect for the chain of command. Each man calculated and executed his every move with such precision and speed that it not only got the attention of my painter but my neighbors on both sides as well. "The Circle City Roofers are not just good at roofing, they are exceptional at it."
Looking forward to a watertight winter and wishing good health and success to all.

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY CAME OUT WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY DID THE JOB AS QUICKLY AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD. WE WERE VERY HAPPY. THERE WASN'T REALLY ANYTHING THAT STUCK OUT IN MY MIND. THE PRICE WAS MUCH CHEAPER THAN WE EXPECTED IT WOULD BE, AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON IT.
