STONE CONCEPTS

Very unprofessional in the way they answer the phone. Had called the week before and scheduled an appointment for Tues of this week, 8/27, at 11:00 a.m. At 11:10, no show, called them back, and he had mistakenly sched for this Thursday. Said he could come out late afternoon of 8/27, which I agreed to. Showed up during timeframe (5:30-6:00 pm), took down my name, email address and was there about 5 minutes. Got the email late tonight with information about the work. He said that the area covers about 700 sq feet. My wife and I measured be earlier and I had another concrete guy also measure it and we both came up with about 420 sq feet. The other guy's estimate was $1,495.00. Stone Concepts estimate was around $7,000.00 !!!! Guess which one I am going to give the job to!!??? I want to make it clear that the Stone Concepts business was found in the weekly clipper magazine and it has a phone number of (805) 741-6216 and a website of www.stoneconceptsinc.com just to make sure I am documenting the correct business since this Angie's List phone number is different from the one I interacted with.
