I have traditionally used steam cleaners and decided to try a different approach that was supposed to be more environmentally friendly. The carpet looked fine when he left, but a couple weeks later, I noticed spots reappearing. Then, a few weeks later, much of the house actually looked worse to me that before doing. I called to express my dismay and was told the guarantee had just expired(two months). I would have thought he would have at least come over. Then, my neighbors son decided to open a biz with same method of cleaning and he redid the floor with same results; I wanted to make sure it wasn't the first person and not the method. No more "dry in one hour" for me.
