Chas Menane Painting

He was very thorough and very reliable. He did a great job. He was referred to us from our neighbors. He told us about the houses he had painted in the past years. He's been in the business like twenty two years. We were very pleased with him and he was very comparable with price.

His name is Chas Menane and he is a young fellow. He does his own work. He doesn't work for a company. He is a freelancer. He is also a paramedic so he is down here a lot. He started in October and finished in January because the weather did not cooperate. It was cold and there was rain as well. There was a lot of painting because this is a good sized house. I do recommend him. He is very thorough. Before he gives you an estimate, he points out everything that needs to be repaired and fixed. He does that himself, but he points out to the home owner so it's not a big surprise. He doesn't just slap the paint on over a problem. We really liked that. He is a very personable young man.
