Three of the rugs were wool and he convinced me that I should cut off the fringe because it was falling apart. On one rug the fringe disappeared and the little band of cotton on the edge of the rug is splintering off and it looks horrible. So basically my rugs are ruined. My overall experience was terrible. He was very responsive and he showed up on time. He cleaned my furniture just fine.
