They did good work, came out exactly as I expected.

He is very nice and does a good job and goes out of his way to help you. He is genuine and not just in it for the money. He is reasonably priced and accommodates your budget and would never take advantage of you.

Rafael Huezo was overpriced did fast shoddy workmanship and a in my opinion, a thief. He overbought materials to use on my house and charged me for all the materials he chose to overbuy. He refuses to provide a receipt so there is no way to know how old these materials are. He bought two rolls of roof coating; only used one but charged me for both and took the other one home with him. He did a rush job on all three tasks. Did sloppy work and complained to me about my attitude. Would not follow instructions; instead promised a lot but did sloppy cheap work in a big rush. He was supposed to dig a drain channel and fill with gravel. He dug a tiny drainage. He put down some cheap plastic and put down a sparse amount of gravel. He told me he bought two tons of gravel but put less than 100 lbs into the tiny drainage area and charged me for two tons of gravel. Thief!!! 1. Patched the roof leak on the porch awning. Looks bad but hope it hold up; he would not guarantee his materials or work. 2. He put in storm windows on the enclosed porch; he left gaps where water can leak inside. 3. The drainage channel was a big con job and when I pointed out he was suppose to back-fill the surrounding area he belly ached and told me he was taking the rest of the gravel to use on his own driveway but charged me for the entire load. Altogether he charged me $2,700. In my opinion, his sloppy work is not worth it. I would not trust this guy.
