Vince did an excellent job. It may take a week or two to get him out since he is busy, but he is very punctual when he is on the job and is a perfectionist, making sure that he gets the job done right. If it takes longer than he thought he will still stay and complete the work.

Fabulous. He is wonderful. I am currently putting a list together for some other things for him to do for us. It was the first time we used him and it went wonderful. He left his work space immaculate. You couldn't even tell he had been there had it not been for the a/c unit.

Working with Vincent in my home went exceptionally well. I found him to be very professional and pleasant. He wants to please the homeowner and offers advice when asked. He even took me to a lumber company in Santa Ana to pick out some trim for some new and very tall doors. His input was most helpful in selecting the trim. Vincent did a number of things and all were done to my satisfaction. (dry rot repair, caulking for a leak around some French doors, painting a ceiling, installed casing and a door) There was some attention needed to the doors after Vincent left and when I informed him about it, he responded without hesitation and took care of the situation perfectly. Also, if he was going to be late, he always let me know and arrived when he said. I definitely plan to use Vincent in the future and highly recommend him

Vince is great to work with. He fixes the problem at hand efficiently and economically and explains both the details and big picture well. Our house has 20 years on it so I'll probably be seeing him a few more times. Thanks Vince.

This seemed like two fairly straight-forward jobs. But, alas, one thing after the next complicated it: old coroded fixtures, a water valve that wouldn't shut off, junk in the pipe that we struggled to get out, "universal" parts that would not fit! But Vince was tenacious and resourceful. He managed to get it all done and in working order-- with some added creativity to make things fit!
This took much longer than expected but Vince maintained a good atitiude and laughter to the bitter end. And to top it all the price was amazingly reasonable! I am very pleased and recommend Vincent Smith.

I have used Vincent several times. He is always on time and very professional. The toilet was previously unusable. Now it works perfectly. He explained everything that we was installing and made several helpful suggestions.

He is the best ever. He is great. He can do everything. He shows up exactly when he says will. He is super-considerate. My kids love him too. He will go and buy all the stuff for us so we don't have to go do that. He went to home depot for us and got everything we needed because I had no clue. He is full service and he is just a great guy.

Vincent first adjusted the sliding door. He then took care of the doorknob assembly. But his greatest help was in fixing a loose front door handle. The part that was causing the trouble was worn out, but he had a nearby door specialist contact that had the replacement part, an obscure internal part on a very old locking system. Most helpful!
