Three Bears arrived to service our chimney and started with an overall inspection of our chimney and informed us what was needed to bring our chimney's efficiency up. When they completed the job, we felt comfortable that they explained the proper use of our chimney including, how to check the damper and gas line for the best safe use of our fireplace. They even checked our wood supply.
